# Custom Domains

TeamTracks enterprise customers can configure a custom domain for their instance to better highlight the brand. This is part of the whitelabelling features available in TeamTracks.

## Supported URL formats

You can configure any valid multilevel url for your instance.

Example urls[https://support.yourcompanyname.com](https://support.yourcompanyname.com) , [https://europe.support.companydomain.com](https://europe.support.companydomain.com) etc are valid urls that can be used. [https://companyname.com/customers](https://companyname.com/customers) is an invalid url and is not supported.

## Configuration

For custom urls to work, you will need to add a CNMAE record to the second level domain (yourcompanyname.com) with the following values

| Type | CNAME |
| --- | --- |
| Host | **your custom url** |
| Value | teamtracks-spa.azurewebsites.net |

Once the records are in place, please contact your TeamTracks Account manager to complete the setup.
