What's New
Create FedExShipment (Beta)
Introducing a new action "Create FedExShipment". This latest addition, currently available in beta, enables admins to automate the process of generating FedEx shipment labels.
To utilize this feature, admins first need to configure the FedEx account information in the system settings.
Admin Portal: Shipping tab in the system settingsOnce set up, the admins can navigate to the actions and create a new action for creating FedEx Shipments. Within this action, you can input additional details required for generating shipment labels such as shipper details, recipient details, service details and package information. you can map this information using fields from the Track. Upon successful execution of the action, various responses such as the shipping label, shipping cost and tracking number can be captured and automatically populated into designated fields on the objects.
Admin Portal: Create FedExShipment action screenNew User Tag Button
User tagging is now conveniently accessible with just one click. Simply select the user tag button located in the top bar of the HTML editor. This will display a list of available users that you can tag in the conversation.
Agent Portal: Display view with comment feature onRegulation on Export Feature
In this update, we've introduced a new restriction on the export feature. Now, exporting records to a file will retrieve a maximum of 10,000 records in a single file. This aims to mitigate any potential performance issues associated with exporting large datasets, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue within the HTML editor where the text wouldn't wrap properly and caused unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
- Fixed an issue where emails were not being attached to the email history when the email subject contained a space between the short code(Object identifier) and rest of the subject text.
