This state serves to indicate that a timer has never been started before. Alongside this new state is a new action that allows users to reset timers to the "Not Started" state and clears the elapsed time. To make managing timer fields more convenient, you can now create simple filters, actions and buttons while editing the field's configuration. Below are some other timer related changes: - Create Object actions now support copying timer fields to new objects. You can copy a timer field to another timer field or a float field. - When exporting objects to CSV or Excel, timer fields now display their elapsed values using the configured display units. - Sorting a list of objects by timer field now produces the correct results. Uninitialized timers will always appear below initialized timers. - The value of a timer now updates continuously in display and list views. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/31abc2bc-21c1-457d-a88c-27afd2eed7d6/Images/Documentation/image-1789158968481.png) ![](https://cdn.document360.io/31abc2bc-21c1-457d-a88c-27afd2eed7d6/Images/Documentation/image-1789158924369.png) #### Min/Max/Median: New aggregate types for Charts/Reports/Measures New aggregate types are available for use in Charts, Reports and Measures. The Min/Max operator returns the minimum/maximum value in the dataset, while the median operator returns the middle value of the dataset when sorted. These new aggregate types accept the same field types as used in other aggregate types and timer fields are supported. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/31abc2bc-21c1-457d-a88c-27afd2eed7d6/Images/Documentation/image-1789162571385.png) ![](https://cdn.document360.io/31abc2bc-21c1-457d-a88c-27afd2eed7d6/Images/Documentation/image-1789175233747.png) #### #### UI Improvements to Report Statistics and Printed Reports Report statistics are now shown as small compact cards near the top of the page. When you print a report, unnecessary page elements are hidden to improve the formatting of the generated file. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/31abc2bc-21c1-457d-a88c-27afd2eed7d6/Images/Documentation/image-1789163000821.png) ![](https://cdn.document360.io/31abc2bc-21c1-457d-a88c-27afd2eed7d6/Images/Documentation/image-1789173937059.png) #### #### Field Groups can receive copied values from other field groups In add and edit views, field groups may present the option for a user to retrieve values from other field groups. The option can be enabled by setting the checkbox labeled "Copy from another field group". After toggling the checkbox, you must specify which field group to copy from and configure which fields will get mapped over. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/31abc2bc-21c1-457d-a88c-27afd2eed7d6/Images/Documentation/image-1789174547640.png)Click the checkbox to enable field group copying. This applies to email/addConversationResponse actions as well as HTML Templates.
