Buttons on Views

Once you make a button, you can add it to both the Display and Edit Views. This way, agents and clients can see and use the buttons in their portals. The buttons will show up in these views if they meet the required state and standard filter criteria.

Agent Portal: Display View

Success Message

When you click a button, it checks if a condition is met. If it is, the linked actions will execute and success message will happen. If not, a failure message will show up.

Error Messages

The error messages are different for display and edit views:

  • Display View: If the button doesnโ€™t work, a modal will pop up with a generic failure message first, then custom messages for each failed rule. If a rule doesnโ€™t have a custom message, nothing will show for that rule.

  • Edit View: If the button doesnโ€™t work, a notification will appear in the top right corner. Each failed rule with a custom message will have its own notification, along with the standard failure message.
