  • View Management

    • All created views are displayed in a list format on their respective pages.

    • Filtering options are available to help locate specific views quickly.

  • Cloning Views

    • To duplicate an existing view, click the Clone button next to it.

    • A pop-up window will appear to:

      • Enter the name for the new view.

      • Select the type of view to clone into. By default, clone view type will be the same (Unchanged)

    • If you do not want to copy over user role permissions, disable the corresponding checkbox.

    • Click Clone to create the new view, which will then appear in the respective view type page.

Configuring any view

To create a new View:

Open the View Page and select Create New.

Name: Mandatory. Name of the view. This name is used to identify the view throughout the system. This must be a unique value for the given Track.

Naming views

Each view in a track should have a unique name. You cannot have two views of different types with the same name.

Alternative Name: Optional text field. If you add a name in the Alternative Name field, this will display as the view name in the agent or client portal.

Description: Provide a Description for your view to clarify its purpose. This is for admin use only.

Instructions: If you would like to provide notes or guidance at the top of the List View, you can use the HTML-enabled Instructions field. This field supports formatted content, allowing you to include structured text, links, or styling to enhance clarity and usability for users.
