Client Users are external users who access the Client Portal to create, view, and manage their own requests and data while interacting with the organization's agents. These users can include distributors, partner companies, or consumers who need to initiate and track processes such as RMA requests, communicate with agents, and manage their associated data.
Licensing
Unlike agent users, Client Users do not require licenses to access the portal. Organizations can have an unlimited number of client users accessing the system without any additional licensing costs.
Client Users gain access to portal features through the Client Portal Pages configured by the admin, ensuring they interact only with the relevant information and actions based on their permissions.
