TeamTracks enterprise customers can configure a custom domain for their instance to better highlight the brand. This is part of the whitelabelling features available in TeamTracks.
Supported URL formats
You can configure any valid multilevel url for your instance.
Example urls
https://support.yourcompanyname.com , https://europe.support.companydomain.com etc are valid urls that can be used. https://companyname.com/customers is an invalid url and is not supported.
Configuration
For custom urls to work, you will need to add a CNMAE record to the second level domain (yourcompanyname.com) with the following values
