The first release in August 2022 brought some important changes to TeamTracks, chief among them the removal of Tracktypes. Read the release notes here. This meant that the Tracktypes, which were previously grouped under the tracks were displayed as a flat list of tracks, sorted alphabetically.
To enable admins to organize the tracks in the agent interface, we now have introduced "Navigation Tags".
Where to find Navigation Tags
Tags are found in the accordion menu in the Admin interface above System Settings. This view lists all tags in the system, including the system tags. Any tag that is not a system tag, can be designated as a Navigation Tag using the check box.

Applying Navigation tags to Tracks
In the admin interface, go to Tracks from the left nav pane.

Edit the Track and add one or more tags to the track.

The tracks are now grouped under the tag in the agent interface.
Tracks tagged with 'TrackGroup1' are now grouped under the tag.The tags on a given track can be seen at a glance from the tracks page under the column Tags. A track can also have more than one navigation tag. In that case, the track will appear under each of its tags in the left nav pane.
