HTML Text Editor

You can apply HTML formatting to the comments using our editor. This way you have more control over how your comments appear and allows for things like bold text, italics, heading, links and more.

Add, Edit and Delete Comments

• Use the editor to write your comments, and when you're ready, click the "Submit" button to share it in the conversation.
•  If you want to alter your comments after hitting the submit button, click the edit icon, make your changes and then click "Save". Your updated comment will show up with your edits.
•  You can also remove your comment  by clicking on the "Delete" icon.

File Upload

With this feature, you can attach files to your conversation, eliminating the need for users to navigate elsewhere to access them.

• Compose your comment in the editor.
• Click the "Upload Files" button and choose the files you want to attach. You can upload multiple files at once. 
• The selected files will be listed at the bottom for your review and you can remove any of them before submitting the comment using the close button on each file.
• Once you're ready, click the "Submit" button.

Add Fields to Comments

If you want to mention any field values from the object in your comments,

• Use the dropdown right above the "Submit" button to select the desired field value.
• Add it to your comments, either with or without mentioning the field name.
