User-friendly number display formatting

Thousands Separator

With the ability to turn on 'thousands separator", numbers can be now be displayed in a friendly format. 

Currency Prefixes

You can now add a prefix to a numeric field type. This can be used to display currency symbols.

The thousands separator and display prefix are display only and are not exported to excel or csv. The separators and prefixes are also not displayed on edit views.

Improved Report Statistics

Statistics now supports all numeric fields types with Total and Average aggregators. Multiple statistic can be defined on a report.

Statistics are now displayed as part of the report table itself. This allows for a natural reading and comprehension of the main table statistics. Only the statistics defined by the admin are displayed.


User Account Management Improvements

Account status view in Sign-off fields

Most organizations disable accounts instead of deleting them to retain object relationships and historical data. Sign-off fields now indicate if a reviewer account is disabled. This enables the process owner to adjust the flow to ensure smooth approval.

Email Notifications

Disabled user accounts are no longer added as recipients in email actions. This improves admin involvement in process maintenance and reduces overhead. Additionally, aborted email actions are now recorded in history for audit trail.

Mandatory Role Types

You have to declare a role type on every team role you create. The role types are R/W(Full) and R/O (Read only). Licenses will be consumed based on the roles that are assigned to each Team member.

Chart Improvements

  • On Line and Bar Charts, all x-axis labels will now be shown
  • When a choice field is used as a chart field, the data is sorted in the same order as the choice options.
  • Data values are now visible on mouse-over for line charts.

Other Enhancements and Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the relationship field mappings where not updated on parent edit.
  • Fixed the layout of the main options bar buttons to support smaller screens.
  • Sub-lists display in the Admin interface was improved for better visibility.
  • More actions are now being recorded in history with values.
