Overview

The Client Interface is specifically designed for client role users. Unlike the agent/team interface, the client portal is highly customizable in the elements it can contain. Admins have full control over the menu structure, pages, and page lists, allowing them to tailor the portal to meet the specific client needs. Additionally, admins can create HTML templates and add screens that are independent of tracks, enabling them to display generic data or information relevant to the client users.

Below are the basic building blocks for configuring the client interface:

Pages

Pages are fundamental in setting up a client portal, designed to display contents and enable user interactions. These can include elements such as views, charts, generic html templates, page lists, etc. Pages help structure the client interface based on the requirements and needs.

Page Lists

Page list serve as a navigational aid within the client portal. They function as links, enabling users to switch between different pages seamlessly. Admins can customize page lists to create an easy navigation flow, ensuring users can easily access relevant information.

Menus

Menus are the primary navigation options displayed at the top bar of the client portal ensuring that users can quickly locate and navigate through key sections of the portal.

General Add Screens

General add screens offer choice-based navigation where users select an option, and the system redirects them to the relevant page for further actions

Generic HTML Templates

HTML templates are customizable components that admins can embed within pages to present content. These templates are ideal for conveying announcements, guidelines, or any other information.
