This feature allows you to create and display custom HTML content within the client portal through pages. It is particularly useful for showcasing information, welcome messages, instructions, or any content that enhances user experience.

With support for all HTML formatting options, Generic HTML Templates offer extensive customization capabilities, enabling you to design and format content according to your specific requirements.

Configuring an HTML Template

Navigation

  • Open the Admin Interface: Navigate to the Client Portal section.

  • Click on the Generic HTML Templates option. This will display all the existing templates in a list format.

  • Create or Clone:

    • To create a new template, click on the Create New button.

    • Alternatively, to replicate an existing template, use the Clone option. You can then edit the cloned template as needed.

Template Configuration

  • Provide a name and a brief description for your template.

  • Body Field: Use the Body field to enter your content. Customize and format the content according to your requirements. Formatting options include:

    • Adjusting font style, size, and color.

    • Inserting images, hyperlinks, and tables.

    • Creating lists (both numbered and bulleted).

    • Adding other HTML elements for enhanced design.

Once the template is defined, you can include it as an item in any client portal page where you want this to appear.
