What’s New

Admin License Management

Admin licenses are now tracked separately!

Previously, all licenses were managed together, but starting with this release, admin licenses will be counted independently. Under agents page in the admin portal, you can now view the total admin licenses available and number of licenses used.

If you exceed your license limit while trying to assign admin access, you will see an error: "Exceeded Maximum Admin Licenses."

Note

All existing tenants will receive admin licenses equal to their current Read/Write license count.

Create FedEx Shipment Action: Payment Type Option

A new Payment Type option is now available in the Create FedEx Shipment action. This lets you choose who pays for the shipment—Sender, Recipient, or Third Party.

  • When Third Party is selected, a section called Payor Details will appear, allowing you to enter the third party’s billing information.

This enhancement gives you more flexibility in managing shipping costs based on your business needs. See Create FedEx Shipment Action for details.

Client Portal: Simple Search via Lists

You can now simplify the client portal experience using the new Simple Search Element tied to lists. Instead of showing a full list view, this feature displays just a search box—ideal for use cases like Serial Number Warranty Checks.

When Require Search to Show Results is enabled and a Client Search Field is selected in the list settings:

  • The list will only display results when a user enters a search query.

  • The search will return only exact matches for the entered value.

Additional Features

  • Customize the number of results per page (5, 10, 25, 50).

  • Hide the “Results Per Page” selector.

  • Hide page navigation from the list.
