Whatโs New
New Password Setup Process for First-Time Login
When creating an agent or client via the Create Agent/Client action , you can use the **account_setup_link**
placeholder in the email body, which will be replaced with a direct account setup link. The link text will display the actual URL. If the placeholder is not included, the system will automatically append the line:
"Click here to set up your account."
After clicking the link, users will be taken to a secure Account Setup page, where they will be prompted to create a password. The link expires immediately once the password is successfully set.
Excel to Track Wizard
This new Excel to Track feature is the fastest and easiest way to create a new track in TeamTracks using your existing data. Instead of manually setting up states, fields, and views one by one, this feature allows you to upload an Excel file and automatically generate a structured track workflow based on the uploaded data.

Signoff Field Enhancement- Field Updates
You can now extract signoff field data using field updates. This feature lets you map the signoff Status, Current Approver list, Count of Approvers and Details into regular fields.
The Current Approver shows all reviewers currently in progress.
Details combine reviewer name, approval type (Mandatory/Optional), and status (Approved, In Progress, Rejected, Not Approved).
The Status reflects whether the signoff is Completed, Not Started, or In Progress.
The Count shows the number of reviewers in the Signoff field. Only integer fields can receive this value type
These updates make it easier to track approvals, generate various tracking reports.
Note: If you are updating an existing signoff field, the field updates will not apply automatically to existing records. To resolve this, click the "Update Signoff Field Values" button available on the Fields page. This update the field values per the new field mappings across all existing objects in the track.
Here is an example of a report displaying the signoff status, current approver, and details of the signoff field, along with the object ID and current state.
Option to Hide Choice & Multi-Choice Values
You can now hide specific options in choice and multi-choice fields without deleting them.
Once disabled, these options wonโt appear when creating new records or editing existing ones where different dropdown values are selected. However, they will still be visible (marked as disabled) in records where they were previously used. This gives you more flexibility in managing dropdown options without losing historical context.
UI Enhancements for Better Mobile Experience
We have made several UI improvements to enhance the user experience on mobile phones and smaller screens, especially in the Client Portal.
Better Responsive Layouts: Client and Agent portals are now responsive and adjust seamlessly to smaller screen sizes.
Improved List Views: In smaller views, the first column in lists will remain fixed, and users can scroll horizontally to view additional column data.
Simplified Navigation: Pagination will be adjusted to Previous and Next buttons, avoiding the need to scroll sideways.
Compact Menu: The top menu bar is now accessible via a hamburger menu on smaller devices.
Notable Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where field mappings were not updating correctly in a child object when the parent state is changed via button.
Fixed an issue with breadcrumb navigation in the agent and client portal that caused duplicate breadcrumbs in the menu.
Fixed an issue where Signoff fields were not appearing in generated documents.
