February Release Highlights
Whatโs New
Recurring Scheduler
Who wouldnโt like to have an automation that delivers that data you want, in your inbox, on time, without lifting a finger? That is right, No ONE. We are happy to announce the ability for admins to create recurring schedules. This new update makes it easier to automate repetitive tasks like sending reports to stakeholders. When the "Is Recurring?" option is selected, you can choose a frequencyโyearly, monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly.
Once set up, the trigger will execute based on its initial schedule and continue running at the specified frequency until the exit condition is met. For example, if a trigger is set to run monthly with an initial date of 1/2/25 (past date), it will fire immediately upon activation and then schedule the next run for 1/3/25.
See Recurring Schedule for more info and use cases.
Login Widget for Pages
The login widget can now be added anywhere in the client portal pages as a configurable item. This allows you to include additional content, such as instructions or other relevant information, alongside the login widgetโsomething not possible with the default TeamTracks login page.

You can also set a custom page containing the login widget as the default login page, replacing the standard TeamTracks login page through system settings.
Here is an example of a page with a login widget and an HTML content.
