TeamTracks Release Highlights- Sprint 2 December 2023

Whats’s new

With the new agent and client UI out of beta, we are embarking on streamlining the admin interface, both visually and functionally. Towards that goal, we are introducing two new features, both of which currently are in Beta.

Admin History Log (Beta)

History logs are available in the Admin interface under the 3 dots menu. The history log will capture all activities within the admin portal. These include creation and deletion of new configuration objects like fields, field groups, triggers, filters and reports, detailed change history along with timestamp and user information.

Not supported at the moment are history of actions. Additionally, changes to the role based access are also not recorded. Search, filter and export of the history log is currently not available. These are expected to be available in subsequent releases.

Visualizations (Beta)

Who doesn’t like to see their complex web of a process visualized? Having the ability to see the forest from the trees is an invaluable tool for every admin. This is the first step towards a comprehensive visualization tool in TeamTracks. Available under the 3 dots menu in admin, visualization currently support the following.

  • Client portals, tenant wide, showing relationships between pages, menus and client roles

  • Track relationships, tenant wide, using relationship fields

  • Add screens, for each track, shows the rule based relationship between add screens

  • Action references, for each track, shows the relationships between actions, triggers and buttons

Fields, field groups and views will be supported in upcoming releases.

Other features

  • New configuration option to set the number of decimal places displayed. This new option is available for float, formula and calculation field types.

  • When object states are changed using scheduled triggers, all applicable track triggers are reevaluated.

  • Multi select check boxes are now available when split is enabled in the embedded list.

Bug Fixes

  • Long texts in HTML text boxes will now wrap properly within the text area.

  • ‘Last Conversation Response Email’ filed will only have the email address without the display name.

  • Fixed an issue where ‘Enable Default Filter override’ setting was not being respected on list views.

  • Fixed and issue where filters were not working when the report had two or more filters combine using ‘OR’

  • Fixed an issue where the ‘unique’ flag was not being validated for ID fields on file import.

  • Fixed an issue where the selection boxes were not available in an embedded list when split was enabled.

  • Fixed an issue with importing data from file where date and float fields returned a datatype mismatch error when blank.

  • ‘Changed’ operator is now fully available in edit trigger rules.
