User Tagging in Conversations
You can now mention users in your conversations using "@". When you tag users in your comments they will receive instant notifications at the top right corner of the window. The system will display a list of users with their name and email information as you start typing with '@', giving you the option to autofill the user mention.
Image and File handling on add views
You no longer have to wait for the object creation to upload files to image and file fields. You can now upload images and files directly to the fields as you create the object in the system.
Bug Fixes
Date Display Bug: Fixed a bug where dates were incorrectly shown one month earlier (e.g., displaying 10 instead of 11 for the month component).
Date Display Setting Issue: Added date format setting to the user profile in the agent interface.
Addressed the issue where the format settings saved on the user profile in the client portal were not retained.
Label Field Lookup Functionality: Fixed the inability to lookup the value of a label field using the lookup feature.
Issue With View Refresh: Fixed the refresh issue that occurred when adding new objects to an embedded list.
Formula Fields in Filters: You now have the ability to utilize formula fields within the filters.
Initialization of Default Values: Addressed an issue where default values were not being initialized when objects are created via file import.
Email Issue Resolved: Fixed a problem where emails failed to be received when the subject contained more than one group of text wrapped in square brackets.
