Introduction
Update Agent action allows you to update the details of an existing agent such as email, name, title and roles. Consider there is a specific track that manages agent accounts, where you keep all the agent information. Whenever there is an update for an agent in the track, you can ensure that the updated details are automatically reflected in the TeamTracks agent information by creating an "UpdateAgent" action and triggering it whenever there is an agent update in the track.
Additionally, you can disable an agent account using this action.

Steps to create an "Update Agent" action
Provide a Name and Description of your action.
- Select "UpdateAgent " as Action Type.
- Select the email address field from Email Address field dropdown.
- Select the name field from Name field dropdown.
- Select the title field from Title field dropdown.
- Select the roles field from Roles field dropdown.
- If you would like to disable an account, enable the checkbox "Disable Team Member Account".
- Click on Create button.
Email is the primary key that act as a link between the agent accounts in the track and the TeamTracks agents.
