How to access dashboards through Agent Portal?
Log in to the agent portal.
Navigate to the Left Navigation pane and select "Dashboards." This will display the available dashboards to you.
Choose the specific dashboard you want to access.

Setting up a Home Dashboard
To set a dashboard as your default home dashboard, follow these steps:
Log in as an agent.
Open your profile settings from the top right corner of the agent portal.
Click on "Profile."

Then click on "Edit."

You can now select your desired home dashboard from the list of accessible dashboards.
Click on "Save."

Your home dashboard is now set up. Whenever you log in or click on "home," the selected dashboard will appear.
