What's New
Label fields
You can now easily generate colorful labels with the new label field.
- These vibrant labels can be used systemwide and can easily integrate into rule configurations for filters and automation processes.
- Furthermore, you can use the power of automated actions like "ChangeField" and "ChangeFieldIntoAnotherTrack to manipulate the label fields. Imagine having a label field with the value "Past Due" and setting up an automatic action to update the label for objects that are overdue and need immediate attention for the next steps ensuring everything is on track.

Extraction Field
Similar to how values can be passed down to child objects from the parent, extraction fields let the users extract values from child objects to parent object. However, there is a condition: the field will only contain a value if all the child objects share the same value. If they don't, the field will be empty.

Barcodes
Barcode feature is now expanded to support a wider variety of field types. In addition to text fields, you can now create barcodes with choice, file, image and lookup fields.

Dashboards and Charts
We are empowering you even further by providing additional customizable features that allow you to build your dashboard and charts as you need them.
- Arrange the elements on your dashboard using our new width variable. You can choose to display the items in full width, half width, 1/3 width or 2/3 width setup.

- Expand you dashboard capabilities beyond charts, lists and reports. Incorporate predefined HTML templates to enhance the visual appearance and clarity of your dashboard using customized HTML content.

System Settings
We've upgraded the System Settings page. When you click on the "System Settings", you will be redirected to a display page showing your current system settings. Click on the edit button to make changes and save.
- All the login related settings are brought together under the first tab "Login" while the other system settings like the default staff email address and time zone can be found under the second tab "Misc".
- Furthermore, we've introduced a dropdown under System Settings to select the preferred login type. TeamTracks now offers four types of login options. Normal, Normal with SSO, SSO only and Dynamic.

SSO
Customize the login button text and login banner for the SSO login type. Additionally, the login button text customization is also available for the login type "Normal and SSO".

- To ensure a seamless SSO experience, 'Change Password' will be disabled for both clients and agent profiles when the login mode is set to SSO only.
Conversations#530
Comments are now equipped with their power-packed new features, ready to enhance your experience.
- We've upgraded the comments text box to a text editor, allowing you to apply HTML styling to your content within the comments.
- Want to include attachments in your conversations? Our new "Upload Files" button lets you attach files directly into the comments.
- Our new action "AddConversationResponse" lets you to automatically add comments to an object. For example, you can add comments to a conversation when an object changes its state.

Scheduler
Let's say your product has a life span of 100 days from the date it was made, and you want to remind your customers about the expiry a week before it expires. You can create a scheduled trigger to make this happen. Set up a trigger based on the manufacture date, the email will automatically go put to the customer one week before the product expires.

Other Notable Enhancements
- The help text for a field now supports plain text and HTML format. When the help field is in HTML mode, the help text appears inline instead of a modal.
- The default value option is now available for dynamic choice fields.
- The "ChangeFieldInAnotherTrack" action has been enhanced to support calculation value types. This means that you can specify a calculation as the value to be changed while defining the action.
- A new trigger rule "OnSplit" is now available to automate actions when child objects undergo splitting. Using this rule, you can set up actions like sending email whenever a split occurs.
- View document option in the agent interface has been deprecated. When you view a document, the document is rendered as pdf and will open in your default pdf viewer. With this change, you can preview the document exactly as your customer would see it.
- You can now include the original Object ID as prefix when splitting the objects from the original RMA.

- Fixed issue with ordering of fields in embedded lists in exported documents.
